There are many reasons why a person may want to write a blog.
For me, the main purpose of writing this fitness blog boils down to the following:
1) To share my own thoughts and perspectives on fitness, training, exercise, nutrition and life,
2) To address certain issues, observations and happenings in the fitness scene here in Singapore and across the world,
3) To correct common misconceptions and fallacies with regards to all things Fitness, particularly in the areas of training, exercise approaches and equipment usage,
3) And to spread and promote the real-life benefits of Gym-Free Training and Gym-Less Fitness to all .......
